Great location if going to Parmarth Niketan. Room looks nice but several non functional items keep this from being a good value for the money, like phone charger not fitting into wall sockets, toilet seat unhinged, shower that sprays water all over the bathroom. Restaurant is also nice in appearance but food is not up to price and service very poor. Overall not worth the cost.

Restaurant food. 1. Last night dal fry was good. But tonight was not good. When shared this to restaurant lady manager, she said the cook is same. This is her response!! No sorry sir reply from her, No saying that I will review and get back to you. No call back from her about the complaint raised. [As per her, I think her cook is same last night and tonight, but the guest who ate last night and tonight has changed.ha ha ha. Because last night the guest ate it and found good , so the guest has oredered same tonight. Hope this hotel manager need to explain to the restaurant lady manager that guest is same, a basic sense when guest is saying last night it was good and tonight not good.] No revert and no feedback is the problem with her. Rude and adamant attitude that our cook is same but your taste is changed, pl correct your taste like tonight!! Ha ha haa. 2. If we go for business trip and stay for 2 days then at reception while checkout they give booking bills. But restaurant bill is not included in it. They give 20 seperate bills. How an I submit 20 seperate food bills to my company. That too example: Bills-- 1. Mineral water bill- 2nos 2. Cofee bills- 2 nos 3. Pizza bill- 2 nos. 4. Pakora bill- 1 nos. 5 toast and bread jam -1 nos 6. Dal fry , chappati, cofee- 1 nos Same next day room service bill. Note: how can I submit this 20 bills to my company for reimbursement. My question is to the owner of this green view hotel rishikesh. My company k ows how much I eat and howwhat what I eat. Is this your way of running a business. Why can't you give one day bill like 1. First day room service bill - 1500 2. Second day room service bill - 1200. Iam frstrated to submit this 20 room service bills to my company for reimbursement. Owner pl revert and help such business people.

Where should I begin. Started with help desk not picking my call. When I reached the hotel, the rooms were so dirty. Looks like no one has done any dusting for months. Washroom jet Sprey was broken which made my clothes wet in the middle of the night. Drawers came out when I tried opening it. Whole night the room had foul smells. All of us started coughing in the morning due to dust allergies. I have taken some pictures which I will upload in the Google review for others to see the truth.
